FAUX LUSH LASHES
When you want some extra pizzaz for your lashes, don't be afraid- add a pair of false lashes, and be ready to turn some heads.
False lashes
come in many different shapes and sizes. You can also buy them individually- it may take longer to apply them, but you can choose where you need a fill in. Plus, individual lashes look more natural.
Eyelash Tip:
Curl your natural lashes before you glue on your falsies, because it will be very difficult to do a good job curling unruly natural lashes after the false lashes are in place.
Get perfectly curled lashes with this easy-to-use eyelash curler. The curved angle suits all eye shapes without pinching or crimping for the perfect, pain-free curl.
Dora Dapaz, the Los Angeles makeup artist, recommends curling and then applying one coat of mascara to your lashes before the faux lash strip is applied.
With a fine brush, apply a thin and even layer of glue on the eyelid very near to your lash line as possible.
Once the adhesive is applied, wait about 20 seconds for it to be sticky. Then you are ready to apply your fake lashes. It needs a few strokes of mascara to blend your natural and faux lashes together.
Then you can fill in any gaps where skin shows with liquid liner.
